I’m a certified hypnotherapist, tapping practitioner, and mindset coach with a passion for helping others break free from the subconscious patterns that hold them back. My own journey of overcoming childhood neglect and emotional wounds has fueled my dedication to empower others to reclaim their power and shift their mindset. Through techniques like hypnotherapy, EFT tapping, meditation, visualization, affirmations & mirror work, I guide people in creating lasting transformations in their lives.
